visIT

Everything in view with the visualisation tool visIT

Supply networks are becoming increasingly complex – and this is associated with tougher challenges for monitoring them. To ensure smooth and secure processes, there is a real need to maintain a quick and clear overview at all times. Powerful and innovative plant visualisation allows the service staff to detect malfunctions and rectify these on site. A powerful visualisation tool saves time and money here.

Description

The platform-independent visualisation tool visIT allows fully individual station visualisations to be created. By automatically importing all process variables from the configuration software SetIT, all relevant elements can be integrated and combined quickly into different visualisations in the Designer of visIT. When creating the visualisation, you have access to an extensive symbol library or the freedom to design your very own static and dynamic graphics. That means visIT can offer individual solutions for different demands.

visIT enables reliable monitoring and prompt intervention

visIT has direct access to the current process data and logged values of the station. In this way, all relevant information can be shown for operation and service:

  • Online values
  • Operations diary
  • Alarm list

Beyond purely monitoring system components and communication paths, visIT also allows active interventions such as switching operations and set point specifications. A user administration needs to be created and activated in our configuration software setIT as a precondition for this.

visIT: Plant visualisation with high IT security

Creating and activating a user administration in setIT with password protection protects the system from access by unauthorised persons. It also ensures that only staff with corresponding authorisation can perform switching operations. The major advantage of visIT in comparison to other visualisation concepts available on the market lies in the high level of IT security, resulting from the base technologies HTML5 and JavaScript. This allows visIT to comply with important IT security standards.

Informative visIT seminars

To fully utilise the options provided by our innovative and powerful software, we are offering numerous seminars. The visIT training will let you learn all you need to know for secure web-based plant visualisation. It is oriented to plant planners and plant operators along with the corresponding service staff. Besides a basic introduction to the topic, participants will learn how processes are imported from setIT and how individual plant visualisations are created, amongst other skills.

You can find more information on our visualisation software visIT in the data sheet. Our employees will be pleased to help if you have any questions regarding our powerful visualisation software.
